This is a Trico vacuum windshield wiper motor with one piece of linkage on it and the man we got from said for 1939 Ford closed cars. It only has the one piece of linkage and I am not familiar with these cars so don't know if they had or were supposed to have 2 pieces. Here is another used item that we recently acquired. Winning bidder pays only $10.00 shipping anywhere in the lower 48 USA.
The number on the linkage arm is 77. The motor is in good condition. It moves freely and easily from side to it has the whoosh of vacuum when you move.
