This needs a good cleaning. This is oem for:chevrolet cars 1939: master and deluxe model's Oldsmobile f-39 l-39 Pontiac all I can rock the arm by hand when do it produces a puff of air, but seems weak. A used Trico SK-43 windshield wiper motor that I got at an offer of vintage car parts.
