I have lots of '63 and '64 galaxies parts for sale. The item pictured is exact for sale.

I do not know the exact application. The chrome has some pitting and checking on each base. Comes from a dry, pet free and smoke home garage.

The shafts are shiny. This size was used on the Thunderbird, and many other applications through 1960s 1970s.

5 w spring-loaded base extended, retracted. The rubber on blades is a little dry but appears to be usable.
