The production date is DEC. This is an original Lucas windshield wiper motor with id cw1, 12v ms2 and 75051B stamped into the rear plate. This wiper motor is untested and complete as shown.

I removed the cover and took photos of inside including field armature. This wiper motor was removed from a car in the late 1960s which stripped down for racing.
