Includes instruction sheet, unopened 1948 dated hardware kit, hose its not real soft, could possibly be used if you're carefully rubber firewall grommet is. Number matched to Gm books other literature pt new old stock windshield washer accessory found in original box with one end open.

Push button is slick free hardware kit looks complete compared to instruction sheet but I cannot guarantee as box was open.
