These assemblies came off the 61 Belair in pictures and are nice condition. The factory correct clutch head mounting screws with serrated washers are present as can be seen last picture. Both of these arms are similar in length making them the first design as opposed to 2nd which uses one short linkage arm and long.
Much of the factory black paint is still present on arms. These are the 1st. Design and will fit 1961 Chevrolet Impala, Belair, biscayne model's.
Design links and can be verified using there gm parts numbers of for the one stamped 31l, part number 31r. One of the pictures shows factory stamp codes 31r and 31l located on ends that attach to wiper motor assembly.
The splines for mounting wiper arm blades are in good condition as well rubber coated area just below that protects paint on your cowl vent when these rotate back and forth.
