There is a footnote in the parts catalogs that instructs installer, when using this knob on 1947 to 1949 trucks, reverse wiper motor control rod grommet. The part is in perfect unused condition original box. This knob, which was discontinued by Gm almost 40 years ago, is a piece of jewelry with its highly polished deep red color. For sale is an nos Gm wiper control knob that fits 1947 to 1953 Chevy and Gmc pickups.
